now in china universal dash programmer is 2006 version and when you use over 50 times the tool will locked and it can not use ,you need change the hardware ,it is very hard things ,now we had open out a software ,you only need run the software and give me a number of id we will give you a activator file ,and you can use ,so if your universal dash programmer is locked pls connect us
